  • Integration with Mailchimp and other newsletter tools so that you can easily keep your customers in the loop. Every new customer will automatically be invited to your newsletter list, giving you more time to create amazing newsletters
  • Set up standing orders or subscriptions. CSAs can put their regular box customers on a standing order, that can be managed by the customer. Customers can then add to their order with extra bits and pieces week by week. Food Hubs can make it easier for their shoppers to remember to order, by automatically placing an order for a basic set of products each week.

  • The ability to scale at lower cost. This plan is the cheaper plan for enterprises trading more than £3333 per month through the Open Food Network. This means that you can grow quickly, with confidence and more revenue to invest in your business.
  • As you scale OFN can scale with you. For high turnover enterprises we can arrange fixed cost contracts for 3, 6 and 12 month periods. This can give you the peace of mind to experiment and attract funders. Get in touch if you would like to discuss options.
  • Custom integrations with accounting software, business analytics, CRM and customer feedback tools are available for users on this plan. A once off fee will apply to all integrations. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

Community Plan

We take care of your invoicing, accounting and admin, so you can build your local food community.
  • This plan is ideal for community groups that want a simple way to start a community food hub!
  • Automatic handling of all your invoices, payments and accounts. No more time spent doing bank transfers and reconciling. We'll handle it all and simply pay you your margin each week. You have full control over what that margin is, so that the community can benefit as well.
  • Join our learning network and learn from other groups across the country using food to bring communities together. Learn about linking with farmers, running community days, hosting community meals.
