We hear you! Our number one goal at OFN is take as much of the boring admin out of running a local food enterprise as possible so you can get on with the meaningful work. As such we’ve been working hard on making it possible to integrate OFN with your accounting package quickly and easily.
How does it work?
It’s pretty straightforward. We’ll arrange a quick phone call with you so you can give OFN access to your accounting package.
There are two possible integrations that we can set up:
- Every time a customer places an order an invoice is created in your accounting package. This will allow you to manage all customer payments through your accounting package if you wish and handle all balances and returns there as well.
- After each order cycle is complete we can import your orders, with amendments, into your accounting package. This will allow you to use OFN to manage your orders, including non-delivered goods, then once finalised export your orders to your accounting package.
The best integration for you will depend on your food enterprise, and we can help you figure that out.
